Common help topics
Notifications
NCOM notifications depend on your device settings and the preferences you choose inside the app. If reminders are not appearing, first confirm notifications are enabled for NCOM in your device settings.
Contacts
NCOM only asks for Contacts access when you choose to add someone from your contacts. You can also add people manually without giving Contacts access.
Your data
NCOM stores your people and relationship information locally on your device. You can remove individual people or use Clear all data in the app’s Privacy & Your Data settings.
Text, Call, and Video call
NCOM hands these actions off to your device’s normal communication tools. NCOM does not send messages or place calls for you.
